Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States. We are working on expanding to the United Kingdom and Australia soon.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (USA) 7 to 15 business days
Expedited Shipping (USA) 5 to 10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand seasons such as holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@drivenest.com.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@drivenest.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.


Customs and Import Duties

DriveNest ships from fulfillment centers in the USA and China. For US customers, there are no customs fees. International customers (when we expand) may be subject to local customs duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
