At AutoNest, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at: support@drivenest.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the product if it arrived damaged
We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
- The refund will be applied to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@drivenest.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You will NOT need to return the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel, email us immediately at support@drivenest.com with your order number.
